Our generel conditions
The moulding clay is absolutly nontoxic and is covered durable up to 6 weeks. It is a purely natural product which mainly consists of wheat flow and salt. The clay should be preserved cold before using. With one portion of the clay you can only make one imprint. (Either hand or foot). After making the imprint the clay should stand open for 24 hours to dry (room temperature). The better the imprint the better the result. The modelled clay has now to be send back to Ever-Lasting.
With the imprint you also have to send back the order form. Please fill out all the essential dates legible. A stamped self-addressed envelop is enclosed. We start the produktion right after the bank transter.
Every single product is made individual by manual work. The materials are of first-class quality. It is possible, that there are small air bubbles in the crystal products. These should not be regarded as defects. They are in fact proof of a hand made and complex work. The model we create from the imprint can only be used once.
Our range of products are without commitment. Discrepancies and technical changings to our illustrations or discriptions are possible.
Ever-Lasting only accepts bank transfer. Ever-Lasting ask for payment in advance before production and delivery. Ever-Lasting dispatches the moulding clay after bank transfer. Please authorise the payment right after your order. The payment of the product (Model) should be made right after sendig back the imprint and the order form. Ever-Lasting starts the production after the bank transer. Ever-Lasting does not give a discount. With the bank transfer you should clearly and fully indicate the order number. You find the order number on the order form. You find the banking account in our broshure.
The time of delivery of the moulding clay is about 5 days. The time of delivery of the made product - depending on the product - is 3-8 weeks. You find prices of products, of the moulding clay and the forwarding charges in the order form and the broshure. We deliver with Deutsche Post and all packages are insured. In case of damaging during the transport you have to complain at your next post office within a week, where a memorandum will be made.
Every order is individual handmade and can not be reselled. A reset of an order is not possible.
In case of a claim you have to declare the order number and the reason for complaining. Ever-Lasting does assume no liability for mistakes caused by customers or third party.
